Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has driven digital transformation in the culinary business sector, including coffee shops. Coffeeshop Diksi still uses a manual ordering system, which results in long queues, extended waiting times, and errors in order recording. This study aims to design a QR Code-based web information system using the Laravel Framework to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy. The research method used is a quantitative approach with the Waterfall development model, including requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The system allows customers to scan QR Codes to access digital menus and place orders independently. The results show that the system can accelerate the ordering process, reduce queues, and improve the accuracy of order records. The system also provides order management features and transaction reports for administrators. Therefore, this system can enhance service quality and customer experience at Coffeeshop Diksi.
