As one of the growing café businesses in Bandar Lampung, Café Nuju faces the challenge of maintaining service quality and improving employee job satisfaction amid increasingly fierce competition in the food and beverage industry. Job satisfaction is a key factor influencing motivation, productivity, and the quality of service provided to customers. Therefore, attention must be paid to psychological factors that can enhance job satisfaction, including self-esteem and self-efficacy. This study aims to analyze the influence of self-esteem and self-efficacy on the job satisfaction of Café Nuju employees in Bandar Lampung. The study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The study population consisted of all 35 employees at Café Nuju in Bandar Lampung. A saturation sampling technique was used, meaning the entire population was included in the sample. Data were collected via a questionnaire using a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that self-esteem has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Similarly, self-efficacy was found to have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Taken together, self-esteem and self-efficacy also have a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of Café Nuju employees in Bandar Lampung. These findings indicate that the higher an employee’s level of self-esteem and confidence in their abilities, the higher their level of job satisfaction. Therefore, companies need to create a work environment that supports the development of self-confidence, employee appreciation, and competency enhancement to foster sustainable job satisfaction.
