Analisis Faktor Daya Tarik Aplikasi Virtual Tour 3D terhadap Kemudahan Akses Sistem Informasi dan Minat Berkunjung Museum Timah Indonesia Kota Pangkalpinang

Pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam sektor pariwisata, khususnya museum, yang merupakan salah satu prioritas strategi penting dalam meningkatkan minat kunjungan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh akses informasi yang mudah, informasi yang lengkap, dan nilai edukatif terhadap kemudahan akses sistem informasi, serta dampaknya terhadap minat berkunjung ke museum timah kota pangkalpinang, dengan pendekatan dengan penggunaan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan Cognitive Theory Of Multimedia Lerning. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik bernama Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Jumlah populasi penelitian sebanyak 23.957 pengunjung, dengan jumlah sampel dengan cara menggunakan rumus Slovin. Data didapatkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, model struktural, serta pengujian hipotesis dan efek mediasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh konstruk memenuhi kriteria validitas dan reliabilitas. Akses informasi yang mudah, informasi yang lengkap, dan nilai edukatif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemudahan akses sistem informasi, yang selanjutnya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung ke museum. Kemudahan akses sistem informasi terbukti berperan sebagai variabel mediasi yang signifikan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas informasi dalam sistem virtual museum timah kota pangkalpinang berperan penting dalam membentuk penerimaan teknologi dan minat berkunjung pengguna.
