Publication Schedule

Journal of Engineering, Electrical and Informatics

1. Publication Frequency

Journal of Engineering, Electrical and Informatics is an electronic scholarly journal published periodically by the Lembaga Pengembangan Kinerja Dosen (LPKD) three times a year.

The journal's publication schedule is as follows:

Each issue contains scholarly articles that have been deemed suitable for publication through the editorial management process in accordance with the journal's policies.

2. Manuscript Submission

Journal of Engineering, Electrical and Informatics accepts manuscript submissions online through the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform while the submission period is open.

Authors may submit articles relevant to the journal's subject areas by following the applicable author guidelines and administrative requirements.

Article submission does not automatically guarantee acceptance or publication in a particular issue.

3. Editorial and Publication Process

All articles submitted through OJS undergo the following stages: initial screening, editor assignment, peer review, author revisions, editorial decision, copyediting, production, and publication.

The editorial process is conducted in accordance with the principles of objectivity, transparency, independence, and compliance with scholarly publication ethics.

Article acceptance is based on scholarly quality and evaluation results, not on the submission date or payment of publication fees.

4. Article Assignment to an Issue

Articles that have been accepted and have completed all editorial stages will be scheduled for an available issue in accordance with editorial policies.

If an article does not yet meet the editorial requirements or requires additional revisions, its publication may be postponed to the next issue.

5. Changes to the Publication Schedule

If there are any changes to the publication frequency or publication months, the journal management will announce the information through the official website.

Changes to the schedule will be made by considering publication continuity, article readiness, and compliance with scholarly journal management standards.
